BPWA Saturday Walk

Albany History and Renewal

Meeting Place: El Cerrito Plaza at the BART station.

Join the President of Friends of Five Creeks to explore the history, preservation, and restoration on Albany Hill, in University Village, and along Cerrito and Codornices Creeks. This four-mile walk to the North Berkeley BART station entails climbing 300 foot Albany Hill, crossing a creek on stepping stones, and clambering over a fallen oak.

Wear sturdy walking shoes and long pants, as some poison oak comes close to the trail. Bring return BART or bus fare.
