Arlington Park and El Cerrito Hills

Please note: Due to a paving project at the Alvarado section of Wildcat Canyon, it was necessary to change the location and meeting point of the November 5th walk. See details below.

Meeting Place: North End of Arlington Park ( 1120 Arlington Blvd. at Thors Bay Rd.) El Cerrito.

From Arlington Park, this walk ascends to the crest of the El Cerrito Hills, down Arlington Creek, and across the top of the El Cerrito Hillside Natural Area. Views are spectacular, and you'll also see a castle-like ruin, natural springs, and great drought gardens. Wear hiking shoes; bring sticks if you use them. For further information, contact Susan.
